As those who attended last year's awards ceremony will confirm, this is an event not to be missed.

The evening includes a Champagne reception, fine dining, first class entertainment and culminates in the prestigious awards presentation on the evening of Friday 12th November 2010.

Table of 8: £400 + VAT

Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis, and as demand is expected to be high, it is advisable to return your booking form as soon as possible.

Please note:

• Those holding single tickets will be seated at the discretion of the Spirit of Enterprise team.
• For those companies purchasing less than eight tickets (one table), every effort will be made to place them on the same table; however this cannot be guaranteed for late bookings.
• Tickets will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
