How long do I have to sign up for?
You only have to sign up for a minimum of 3 months (though flexibility is provided).
What’s included in the cost – and what’s not?
The monthly lease fee pays for your rent, service charges such as heating, air conditioning and use of the supplied office equipment – desk, chairs, filing cabinet.
Do I need a deposit?
No deposit required.
How long can I stay at the Catalyst?
You can sign a two year lease which is renewable.
How soon could I move in?

What happens when I have to move out?
If your business has outgrown your lease premises, the operations team will help with your relocation, by sourcing available properties and providing other assistance.
